In the dynamic landscape of innovation, few forces have been as transformative as Artificial Intelligence (AI). At WeWard, AI isn't just a buzzword; it's the driving force behind our mission to redefine the boundaries of innovation.
For Yves Benchimol, CEO of WeWard, AI should serve as a means of progress in our daily lives and work.
Recently, WeWard embarked on an exciting journey into the field of AI during a remarkable hackathon workshop, led by our visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Aurélien Moreau. This event provided an incredible opportunity to design new tools seamlessly integrating AI into our day-to-day operations. The results, to say the least, were nothing short of astounding, as Aurélien aptly puts it:
"The hackathon's goal is to bring together tech and non-tech people to explore the possibilities of these new solutions together: techs understand the mechanics. They know how to manipulate, connect, test, and the business teams propose and invent new uses. After preparing the topics to address (ideation), internal voting on the most promising subjects, we formed teams based on areas of interest and sought to balance skills. The theme was to use generative artificial intelligences (a subset of AI) such as ChatGPT or Midjourney to enhance our performance and invent new features for the application."
This optimistic outlook on AI motivated our team to leverage this technology in various areas, ranging from creating content for social media to managing our editorial schedules. Through intelligent automated responses, our customer service team is now more responsive and efficient in addressing user needs, thereby creating a smoother and more enjoyable user experience.The hackathon didn't just bolster our internal efficiency; it also inspired new features for our application. Our commitment to AI led us to develop innovative ideas to further enhance the WeWard user experience.
Aurélien emphasizes ;
"I think in the future we'll need to know how to work with AIs. They're quickly becoming as essential as the internet, smartphones, etc. We'll adapt, new professions will emerge. At WeWard, we're very optimistic about this! We welcome them with enthusiasm and see them as a significant productivity boost. AI gives us the freedom to focus on interesting and challenging problems. It's a tool."
In conclusion, the story of WeWard is not limited to that of a mere startup, but that of a company that chose to be at the forefront of innovation by fully integrating Artificial Intelligence into its vision. We've paved new paths, pushed the boundaries of creativity, and embraced AI as an essential tool to shape a better future.
